By accessing or using Lore AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including founders, teams, and anyone accessing Lore through loreai.in or any related applications.
Lore AI is an AI-powered co-founder assistant built for Indian startup founders. It helps with strategy, fundraising, hiring, document drafting, and general founder decision-making. Lore is a tool to assist your thinking — not a replacement for professional legal, financial, or tax advice.
Lore's AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude API, xAI's Grok API, and Perplexity's API. By using Lore, you agree that your conversation data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective terms of service.
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify important information — especially legal, financial, tax, and compliance-related content — with a qualified professional before acting on it.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or share with Lore (including pitch decks, documents, and business information). By using the Service, you grant Lore Labs a limited licence to process this content to provide you with AI-generated responses.
We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Free tier features are provided as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Refunds are provided at our discretion — contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, without prior notice. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Lore AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lore Labs Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
