Lore AI is a subscription-based SaaS product. We offer refunds in limited circumstances as outlined below. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with your first subscription to Lore AI Pro or Lore AI Pro+, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewals.
To request a refund, email us at hello@loreai.in with your registered email address and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for: subscription renewals, partial months, accounts suspended for violations of our Terms of Service, or requests made after the 7-day window.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@loreai.in before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and quickly.
